Limited Warranty Information*
Covers workmanship and materials for interior finishes such as drywall, paint, flooring, cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim. Also includes operational systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to ensure proper function.
1-Year Warranty — Fit, Finish & Materials
2-Year Warranty — Systems Protection
Provides extended coverage for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems against defects that prevent proper operation.
4-Year Warranty — Water Intrusion Protection
Covers issues related to water penetration from exterior sources, including roofing, windows, doors, and exterior wall assemblies.
10-Year Structural Warranty — Foundation & Framing
Protects against structural defects that materially affect the safety, stability, or performance of load-bearing components such as foundations, framing, beams, and structural walls.

Warranty Contacts
We know that during the first couple of months, you will want to show your friends and family your new home and we want you to be proud of it. Waiting 90 days after closing allows you sufficient time to become settled in your new home and thoroughly examine all components.
90-Day Report & Walkthrough
We plan two standard warranty contacts with you. The first will be 90 days after your closing and the second is 10-months after closing. Final repairs will be made in months 11-12.
10th Month Report & Walkthrough
The beginning of the 10th month of your Fit & Finish Warranty, you should submit a year-end report if you have any new items to report.
